🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in school administration or teaching
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian educational curriculum and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with school management software and record-keeping systems
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent
