📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to drive performance and productivity.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Lead and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving service quality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related operational excellence program is a plus.
Fluent in English and Indonesian.
