📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Capture and edit high-quality video content for our social media platforms and website, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with our brand identity and target audience.
• Assist in the production of promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, and customer testimonials.
• Help organize and document our batik workshops, events, and product launches.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends in batik marketing and video production.
• Assist in the creation of graphic content, including motion graphics and infographics, using tools like Adobe After Effects and Canva.
• Support the design team in developing visual assets for our video projects.
• Contribute to the development of our brand's visual identity and storytelling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in film, multimedia, communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video production, either through academic projects, internships, or personal work.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills, with a focus on creative and engaging content.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with a good understanding of the Indonesian cultural context.
