📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the sale and distribution of event tickets through various channels, including online platforms, booths, and phone.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees, answering inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Verify and validate ticket purchases to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with event organizers and marketing teams to promote events and drive ticket sales.
• Manage and maintain ticketing systems, including databases and software like Eventbrite or similar platforms.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
• Work with vendors and service providers to coordinate logistics and ensure a seamless event experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event ticketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event ticketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficient in using event ticketing software such as Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with event management and logistics is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
