📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and receiving and shipping.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed using our inventory management system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and that all shipments are accurate and complete.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that warehouse operations support overall business goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
