In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of the employees.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation results.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.
