You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth operation in our service area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the training and development of junior staff,Manage inventory and restocking as needed,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly,Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management,Proficient in using cash register and point-of-sale systems,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed,High school diploma or equivalent experience
