📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting tender proposals.,Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.,Maintain and update the company's tender database and documentation.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tender requirements are met.,Provide administrative support during the tendering process.,Analyze tender results and provide feedback to the sales team.,Assist in the preparation of tender-related presentations and reports.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the tendering process and government procurement procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required.
