Go Fresh Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our refrigeration and cold storage facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and cold storage equipment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Provide technical support and training to staff.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in refrigeration and cold storage maintenance.,Knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, and evaporators.,Familiarity with energy management systems and practices.,Strong problem-solving and technical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Professional certifications in refrigeration (e.g., ARC, AHR, or equivalent) are a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical expertise in refrigeration and cold storage systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for maintenance tracking.Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
