Root Tech Abadi is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a knack for sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle inventory management and restocking as needed.,Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Assist in training new employees on sales and cashier procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in sales or cashier roles is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally.
