Diamond Hub Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Belawan. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch and ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a corporate or banking environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of banking or corporate operations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
