Performance Tester for Banking Industry

Sigma Global Technology is a leading provider of IT solutions for the banking industry, and we're looking for a skilled Performance Tester to join our team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of our banking applications, working closely with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues. This is a contract position, offering a competitive salary of Rp 8.700.000 – Rp 13.000.000 per month.

As a Performance Tester at Sigma Global Technology, you'll use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling to simulate user loads and analyze system performance. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with developers to implement performance improvements
• Create and maintain test plans and scripts
• Monitor system performance and identify trends
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Provide performance testing recommendations to stakeholders
• Participate in cross-functional teams and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3–5 years of experience as a Performance Tester in the Banking/Financial Services industry
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and tools
• Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages like Python or Java
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certification in performance testing (e.g., ISTQB, HP-UFT) is a plus
