HALO Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth running of our vehicle fleet, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations governing vehicle operations.
