📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet the specific needs of Naga Trade International.
• Configure and maintain the Odoo system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using Odoo.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Odoo system configuration and usage.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Odoo and ERP technologies, and recommend improvements to our system.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of our Odoo implementation.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new users to ensure they can effectively utilize the Odoo system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Specialist, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules, including Inventory, Sales, Purchases, Accounting, and HR.
• Experience with Odoo customization and development, using tools such as XML, Python, and JavaScript.
• Solid knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication and collaboration.
• Certification in Odoo (e.g., Odoo Functional Consultant, Odoo Technical Developer) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
