📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the retail outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Manage budget and financial reporting for the outlet.,Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure consistent brand experience across all outlets.,Participate in inventory management and supply chain activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
