📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
