📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
• Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
• Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, working closely with the finance team to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Ensure that the hotel meets all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Ensure that the hotel's reputation is maintained and that guest feedback is used to improve the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Experience with marketing and sales strategies for the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
