Cafe Krisna Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Deputy Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations manager in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant. If you have a passion for food and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, food preparation, and customer service.,Support the operations manager in planning and organizing events and special occasions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen and dining areas.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Monitor and report on food and beverage costs and usage.,Participate in quality control activities to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
