📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of business processes,Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes
