📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee and coordinate the activities of the branch staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze branch financial performance, preparing reports for management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar organization.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
