Smart Point Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Monitor store performance against KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.,Participate in store audits and inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
