📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer service and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment to enhance the dining experience for guests.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
