Global Software is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 14.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, fueling, and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for use.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including tracking vehicle usage, monitoring mileage, and managing fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations and timely resolution of any issues.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including maintenance schedules, fuel purchases, and vehicle inspections.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet management.,Provide regular reports on fleet status, including vehicle availability, maintenance needs, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
