As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback.,Support the HR Manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
