📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics, providing insights for decision-making.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
