📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Leading and managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Monitoring branch performance and providing regular reports to the regional manager.,Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure team development and improvement.,Promoting the company's products and services to potential customers and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or sales industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
